Is there anyone who like us submitt at september and still waiting for AOR?

Hello, everyone, me and my wife submitt the application to Sydny at September, and they received it at Sept 14th, however, I am still waiting for the first step treatment and response, we did not even receive the AOR yet, I see somebody from October received AOR. So we are surely unusually. Does anyone know what could be the possilbe reason? Thanks.

My time line under profile.
Its normal, AOR will take 4 months on average.
