Hello every one,I'm new in this forum. I get immigration problem and I don't have any immigration lawyer or consultant.My wife get refusal, I file my appeal in Toronto. in April,2013. I get my blue book in july,2013.since 45 days I did not get any news. Is there anyone who can help me ,what is the next step after receiving blue book , how long it will take for ADR or full court hearing in Toronto. any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

What country is she from? Inalnd? out land? Give us some details about the background of your relationship. Normally, an appeal takes a long time from the date of refusal, about a year or two, mostly depending on the country she's from
