Is there anyone who is still waiting for a decision and hasn't received AIP?

There was someone on the forum who applied in Feb, didn't receive an aip and got a full approval

I do not know about that, not everything posted on the forum is accurate. But I do know that you have to get AIP before final decision unless IRCC changes their process

I agree, quite possibly a lot of things posted could very well not be accurate but you still haven't answered me as to why you believe what you're saying is true.

Regardless of what you are applying for, it has to be approved then they ask to send your passport or they send a CoPR. In other situations, you may receive a letter to come to a interview then you will know where you are approved or not. Maybe do some research and read other forums

You don't have to get AIP before full approval.

Reading is fundamental, I said that in some cases you may be asked to come for a interview then you would know the outcome of your application
