Is there anyone who received a positive LMIA to support PR only?

I do not understand LMIA to support PR only, my LMIA works to apply PNP,once I got nomination then I can apply PR. Now Im waiting medical invitation.

Hi,
Am in the same boat.. Presently am on a closed work permit doing a low skilled job. My employer agreed to apply for a skilled LMIA for me for his second business, which is running for almost one and half years. With my previous experience and education, I created an EE profile and have 440 points. SO planning to go for LMIA to support PR only? Can I do that?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
