hey m also from the cmj uni,any update abt ur visa aarti,this visa thing is just killing me

m sorry right now this forum doesnt allow me to send any personal msgs,i applied on 31st of july,still waiting,m from lucknow. i spoke to a lawyer, he said that all the students can file a case stating that its not our fault as all the transcripts mention ugc and the act which approved it and a governor cannot cancel the degress just like that.he also said that we have all the links to support it and the documents,he said that ugc has to approve it no matter what,we took admission coz ugc was attached to it,its not our fault and why was the government sleeping for 3 yrs.and if phd degrees are a scam and they can review it but not staking the future of all the students.
whtever it is but we cannot explain this to chc but ugc can and they should.they should come forward stating this.

any suggestions as in wht should we do?

guys.. do u think chc is waiting for supreme court result of cmj... because as far as i know.. if they wanted to reject our visa..they have thousands of point to reject.. but the didnt..if anyone have any updates..let me know..

@Azhar and @Arti..you should apply in Australia. I know two guys who did their graduation from CMJ and got australian visa in July 2013 and now they are in australia..I dont know whats wrong with canadian embassy..I am also applying to Australia now..

In Canada admission only gives 20% visa chance and 80% on visa officer.
Australia admission is 80% visa on its own under Streamline Visa process , only 20% depends on Visa officer. This is what I heard from few students as well as consultants.
They got visa stamped in 2 working days! as all their paperwork was perfect.

thanx a lot azhar for your valuable info... i completely agree with you.. n i am so frustrated from canadian embassy that even if they want i dont feel like going to canada at all.. but after all its all bout our career so ya.. i spoke to seema.. n i will also attend 1 australian seminar where in all the university is coming to mumbai for admissions for 2014.. hope for the best..this time dont wana miss any chance to go abroad and study.. i hope u have also have taken any decision..keep in touch for future updates...thanx
