I received a message from CIC requiring me to submit IMM0008 Schedule 3 form. As I don't see anybody in the forum mentioning about this form, I got a bit confused. I heard only candidates with LMIA will need to submit it.

I got the same message as well.

On the Schedule 3 form, it is asking me to provide evidence for various claims I make. However, these documents are already uploaded to IRCC the first time I applied for PR. I think all I need to upload here is the Schedule 3 form itself, without re-uploading the supporting documents (there are no dedicated fields anyways).

Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks!

I am also being asked to submit this. Did you get an answer for your question?

No. Not yet. But based on common sense, I think I only need to submit a Schedule 3 form (because the online system really only has one field for the upload). I see that you were asked to submit a household registration as well. I was NOT asked to submit that, but I did submit it when I first applied. I used it to show the names of my immediate family members (father, mother, and brother).

If it helps to know, I am from and currently living in Taiwan. Since the consulate in Taipei does not deal with visas anymore, my application is being processed by the HK office as well.

Thanks for the prompt response. I am also not sure about the other documents. I inquired about the bank statements and was told I don't need new ones. I also about the Hukou and was told it was no longer a requirement.

Also my question this is, do i need to resubmit the evidence that i have already submitted as asked by schedule 3 form?

I am not going to. There is no way I can cram all that information into a single PDF under 4MB.

I will call later and inquire about this.

Are you also being processed at the Hong Kong visa office too?

Please let us know;)

No way to reach CIC from outside of Canada. I just called. They have asked me to submit a case inquiry with the Hong Kong office.

Did you reach out to the Hong Kong office about resubmitting the documents. I am thinking about resubmitting them just to be on the safe side.

I actually submitted the Schedule 3 form a couple of hours after receiving the request from the HK visa office. To be on the safe side, I added a letter of explanation as the first page of my PDF file, explaining that I already uploaded all supporting documents the first time I applied. Also, as I mentioned in another thread, there was no way for me to cram all that information into a single PDF under 4MB. So honestly, even if I want to resubmit all supporting documents, I would not know how.

I actually compressed all the pdf files, so I resubmitted all the documents, like you said, just to be on the safe side

Cool. I have way too many supporting documents. If I compress any further, it will be too blurry so I decided to leave it as is.

I am still wondering why the HK office asked us to submit the form. It contains literally the same questions as the first time we applied.
