Hello all. I am a pakistani national without a canadian visa. My wife has canadian PR and kids are canadian nationals. I want to meet my kids and wife in canada. Is there any chance i can get a canadian visit visa to meet them. Or is there any other fast track?

No way to expedite. IRCC expects that you should be sponsored by spouse for PR so getting TRV will be difficult. You can apply and will need to show strong ties to return, funds, and travel history. Given spouse and children are in Canada then you have no family ties to return.
There's no fast track process. If you want to visit then you apply for a TRV.
But that is really not a tie to return if spouse is PR and kids are Canadian.
