Centennial college, Toronto is the only college in Canada which dont charge any application fee after that Memorial University of Newfoundland hav the lowest appication ($40) and tution fee for international students. That is what I know may be there could be other universities cheaper than this.

Don't make fun of OP. Australian universities don't charge money for applications. Just an example.

This is a fact of life man! u have to take risk and accept cost even if u dont get admitted after paying application fees! Same goes for any universities in US or some others!
