Hi there,
I am thinking to move to canada for my study. But i am little bit confused about the selection of college and university.
I know that the Career colleges in canada have the right to admitt international student but my point is whats the chance to get or Refuse a visa if i apply for a Career College.

I am thinking about career college bcos they are much cheaper then the universities.

My second confusion is,
Is there any restriction on time length of course that i am applying for to get a visa. for e.g if i take a course that is 34 week or 24 week course which are not even ayear, will i get visa on thouse course.

My third confusion is
If take Trade courses e.g Electrician,Plumbing etc will i get visa?

Please answer my questions if you guyes know.

The fact that you're accepted by a college at Canada does not mean that you will receive your student visa, if you don't meet the requirements you might get a refusal, even if you're already accepted.

There are no restrictions in time. I don't know where you live, but here in Mexico if the course is longer than 6 months we need to get a student visa, but I repeat, that's how it works here in Mexico. You may want to visit the Canadian Embassy website of your Country if they do have one; You will find all the answers there. Use google, i.e. "Embajada de Canadá en México". That's how I found the Canadian Embassy website of Mexico.

No it doesn't matter which universities/colleges you apply as long the academic standards and past records of that particular instituion does not raise doubts in the minds of the immigration officers. To be on the safe side, apply to the more popular career colleges/trade schools.

You only require study permit for any course with duration longer than 6 months, and a temporary residence visa suffices for any course of shorter duration. It's sometimes beneficial to get a study permit for courses shorter than 6 months because in case you decide to continue pursuing studies beyond 6 months, it is easier then to reapply and extend the study permit from within Canada.

It doesn't matter which courses you choose to take as long as you're a bona fide student, but they'll check if there are similar courses with similar curricula that you can already pursue in your country of residence - in this case they will refuse your permit and so it is completely up to you to convince the officer in this regard.

I hope this helps.

Mba admission is too difficult in canadian universities as the competetion is tuff.
But if u have got good percentage more than 70 percent and holds gmait with 550 marks then no problem.
There are few universities which do not require gmait but u gotta search them. In addition mba is expansive in canada. Allah de malgare sha rora. Der tension ma akhla
