No problem if you have an open work permit.

You can quit your job on a closed work permit as well. You simply can't for work a different employer then.

No problem, but there seems to be a problem with your keyboard. Looks like the SHIFT key is stuck. You should replace that :)

Notice length is dependent on your company and what's in your contract
If you have your aor and hav e4 or less months reminding on yr work permit you can apply for BOWP otherwise your new employer will need to get an lmo secured

Thank Lpc,
Yes my length still far from expired so new employer need LMO, hope everything fine..
How was your case. You get your PR already?

Thank for all

Hi

If you have already met the requirements for a successful CEC application, quiting your job (and presumably getting another) provided your current status permits, should not prove a problem.

Cheers!!

If just got AOR is ok to go with new employer nd give notice to CIC or wait till get the PR, even new employer will get LMO, thank.

Don't want problem.

Thank for advice everyone.

If you have a closed work permit, your new employer must apply for an lmo - it is a separate process from your pr application and neither makes a difference to the other so it doesn't matter if you have aor or not
Give notice to CIc? Technically you don't have to advise them of a new job as your application is assessed up to your application date. But most people do tell CIC.
