Until you land with your PR it’s a chance however, you’re just fine. It’s very unlikely that they would reject your application after requesting passport.

PPR is sent after they find you eligible concerning your work experience, medical, security and criminality. It is highly unlikely to reject an application at this stage. BUT you never know anything for sure until you get your PP back with CoPR.
