Is there any other organization/university handling an IELTS exam?

I need to take an IELTS exam next month but the schedules are already full in British Council. Is there any other institution/organization handling the same kind of exam as this? Please help. Many thanks!

You can choose another city or even country. Not sure if British Council has partners, not listed in the schedule, available on their website.

IDP Australia conducts IELTS tests. Run a Google search using the keywords IDP IELTS and you should run up some relevant hits. You can then go to their website and check if they offer IELTS tests in the city of your choice. I know for sure that in my city both British Council and IDP offer the IELTS test.

goto IELTS' official website and it has instructions on how and where to find a location nearest to you so you can take the exam.
