Hi, my wife failed the 1st and 2nd written test. We need to know how long it takes till they send for the interview.

Impossible to tell. You will need to wait for the interview to be scheduled.

Thanks for replying back, its been 3 months since the last test. We are waiting. Nothing we can do.
