Is there any income requirement for a federal skilled worker (permanent resident through EE) to be eligible for a citizenship grant ?

I filed for taxes and all, but due to a succession of bad decisions (taking a sabbatical, trying for a risky business venture, and not working due to fear during covid), I lived in Canada for more than 3 years on savings and savings account.

Am I still eligible for citizenship if I did not work per se in Canada ? Reading the requirements here, I think I am eligible, do you confirm ?
