Is there any hope for CRS 435 in 2019?

Hi All,
WIth my IELTS and my wife's IELTS my profile is coming at 435 CRS points. Is there any use to enter the profile with 435 considering the latest trends? Normal express entry invitation seems impossible. Any hope of a PNP invitation? I am primary and am a Software Engineer.

I agree with other poster that you should look to improve IELTS score. If you can get to 445 range, there will be a decent chance.

It is completely valid way, you can see it yourself when calculating CRS scores by selecting spouse accompanying or not accompanying

Without spouse, my score is 437. Plus calling spouse, later on, is a big hassle. Is 435 good enough for OINP at least?
