Is there any category in skilled worker list for banking professionals

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and have seen lot of helpful information shared with expert opinions.

I will really appreciate, if some of the expert can reply below mentioned query.

I am a banker by profession with 12 years of extensive experience in the field of Trade Finance/Foreign Trade/Trade Services. My current designation is "Assistant Manager Trade Finance" and I am dealing with all of its products including, Letter of Credits, Collection, Guarantees etc.

I just completed my IELTS test but a friend of mine just informed me that my profile is not admissible for Canadian Immigration for skilled workers. I am bit upset and am surprised that why this category is not listed despite the fact that this is considered as most demanding and technical job around the world.

I will really pleased If someone can guide me accordingly.

Hello!

The CIC follows a list of occupations the country needs (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp).
 
Hey you could try Provincial nomination program.... that may work out for you
 
Hi. I know this is rather posted later. I also worked in trade finance but do not know what is the relevant NOC code for trade finance. any idea?
