I find that most of guys in this forum say the french even the language ability is not mandatory if you have got enough points for QSW.
does anybody have got a csq in this situation?
OR everybody just wants to try a luck regardless of over 700 canadian dollars application fee?
did somebody in canada make a call to quebec immigration office?
what do the quebec goverment think?
if they bring the skilled workers who don't speak any english to quebec,how to make them contribute to the economic. It will become big burden to the socity.
