I think we are from a same country and our situation should be very similar. I applied in Oct. 2017, and my application is "in process" since Jan. 2018. No test so far!

Was your problem solved finally? Did webform inquiry help you? Did you contact your MP to help you on the delay that you are facing?

I have sent several webform inquiries but always have received a same response: You are still within the normal 12 month processing time!!!!

Any comment and suggestion is appreciated.

I passed the 13 months now and still in process no Decision making and no invitations to ceremony. Call ,webform and email didn't work for me . They just told me prohibition didn't finish yet and we are waiting to finish this part and we don't know how long does it take .

Mehran, I hate to say it, but the fact of the matter is that there's little you can do here. I've read legal cases of people who went as far as to sue the IRCC (writ of mandamus), and when the matter was a delay in criminality, even the court didn't seem to mind the delays. We're all in this together...I say renew your PR card when you can (as I am doing) and keep waiting.
