I applied through consultant on 28th Feb

Nadia...you can use the case specific enquiry form - https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=Abu dhabi ...I doubt they will respond to you anytime soon since it hasnt been more than 4 weeks. I applied on 30th january and was recently informed that my application is pending background checks. I am assuming that this could take a while. I don't think you should expect a response for another 4-6 weeks..

sent them the enquiry in the 5th week - got the response in the 6th week.

Actually i applied on 18th Feb and then i got response the very next week that i made draft of less amount and that the children accompanying me will study or not. I re-prepared the draft and submitted on 3rd March. So doest this means i can inquire from them in next week.
