Is there a pnp for NOC Skill set D (6663)?

Hi, I'm here in Canada on an open work permit (Aussie on a working holiday visa) and I was wondering if there's any provinces that include the noc D job of 6663 (building superintendent) in their pnp?

I think in Manitoba, if you've been working for 6 months, then you can apply with any job but I'm wondering if there's any others? Or any other way to get permanent residency through that job?

Manitoba is the only province right now, and it sounds like the Cons are wrestling PNP control away from the province.
