Is there a chance to be drawn with low score

Hi Everyone,

My Express Entry profile got registered on May 19th, 2017. Since that I've received confirmation and that's it. How long it could take to receive Invitation to Apply. My score is only 390. Is this a realistic chance to be drawn with such a score?
Also what is the maximum time during which my Express Entry profile is valid? i.e. it is my understanding that I should either be drawn up or they will tell me that my time for EE has expired. So, is there a maximum time period to receive either invitation or rejection.

1. Your Invitation to Apply depends on the minimum score per draw. So far, it never fell below 413 and it fluctuates every time there is a draw. It might be a while before the score gets below 400.
2. Your Express Entry profile is valid for 1 year. After that, you need to recreate another profile.

With 390 it's virtually impossible at the moment to get an ITA.
Try max out your IELTS score to get over 400 points.

What is your IELTS score? is there a chance for you to get at least: Listening 8 and the rest 7? (This will dramatically increase your score. Try it out in the CRS calculator if you haven't done it)

My total IELTS score is 7.5 with listening of 8
as far as i understand, reason for my low CRS score is dependents (so the only chance to improve my score is get rid of my family)

if you get to clb 9 you get between 25 and 50 more points so you can retake your IELTs and your spouse can do so as well. no need to get rid of anyone
