Well said alok11.

Zakout76, I had advised you in another of your many threads to re-apply not stop chasing shadows. The Lawyers are only interested in their own pocket. Take this forum's advise, redo your IELTS test after much practice so that you can at least have better points.

Dancing around isn't moving you forward!

Guy's don't be too harsh on him. Whilst agreeing with you, and to be fair on the OP, I think you should just give him your advise and point of view and leave him to decide what he thinks is right for him.

To add to what has already been mentioned by various members of the forum, Mr. Zakout76, I personally think that you need to improve on your English knowledge. This alone, apart from the fact that, it looks to be indeed, and if not the main reason, for the rejection of your case.

If I were you, instead of spending money and time filling an appeal, I would concentrate on my weakness, "English Language"which has become readily apparent from the reasons in your refusal letter.
Apart from this, all I can do is, wish you Good Luck.

i spoe with another lawyer in canada , he said u can appeal u file till 3 month from date of refuse lettr
Zakout,

Yes you can appeal but not for free, OK ~ They ALL will charge you for appeal. They just want to cheat you and in the end leave you in deep waters. Do whatever you want Bud, looks like you just don't want to accept the reality that you need English improvement, BOTH ways you need to give an IELTS.

It looks your education points calculated by CIC/CHC is wrong.. I don't know how you can appeal, but a simple way would be to write the CHC Program Manager and explain your case. I am sure if they have refused your case for only not having 67 points then it should be reconsidered... give a try.

I am not an expert but just saying what I would have done in your case.

Good luck, we all wish here your success.

try to write both the CIC ( where you submit/filed and from where you got the letter)

to me it looks human error.. you should get +ve feedback
