is there a cap for cec or is it just for f.s applications only , please any one got any out put regarding this

I believe there is a target of 10,000 but that its not a cap like FSW

I really recommend reading up on the program - it doesn't matter if you change jobs. Although it may impact your work permit - depending on your type
