Chances of rejection are low, but not zero, after you get the RPRF request. You would have to be deemed inadmissible at this point, or discovered to have misrepresented yourself in some way, for things to go south from here on.

I hope it is the last stage in your case, but applications can get rejected for simple things as not providing a document months after paying PRRF, speaking from my first ITA experience and again, hoping I am the exception and not the rule.
