Hello, I just wondering if the processing time mentioned on the official IRCC website is accurate, is ircc process the TRV in queue as per submission date? Should i expect decision if my timeline reach the processing time?

sadly it is not accurate.

right now decisions are random

some people are getting an approval in 4-5 days while some are waiting for 4 months ++
