Is the PCC essential to obtain dependents visa

Hi Team,

I am a divorcee and while obtaining the dependents visa, do I need to submit my divorce papers as well or do I need to submit only my new marriage certificate ?

you have to mention your previous marriages. you dont need your ex husband / ex wife's medical and PCC but if you have any children from that marriage, you would need to submit their medical whether they are included in the application or not. similarly if your current wife has any children, you would need to submit their medical whether they are included in the application or not. If the children are above 18, they need PCC

yes you would be asked to upload divorce papers.
