Is the online citizenship application working? Have people received the AOR through it?

Hey folks,

I applied for Citizenship through citapply-citdemande.apps.cic.gc.ca on 28 of February of 2021. I hadn't heard of this online system before, a friend mentioned it and I could sign up through it and apply just fine. However I haven't seen any updates since.

The contact forms aren't really helpful as they say the agents cannot do anything about it (see https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...orate/contact-ircc/client-support-centre.html ), but, it does say here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html that they're sending AOR for April of 2021. I've applied February of 2021 and no AOR.

Should I be worried? Should I apply via paper? Should I just be patient?

Currently, there are reports of delays in online applicants receiving AORs. If you applied using the link above and successfully submitted a complete application, you should receive an AOR in a few more months.

Those who applied only on January 20th are receiving acknowledgement today. You can join Feb 2021 thread to keep updated.
