I just was wondering if the CIC centre is working any days during this long weekend. Should we expect any emails regarding our spplications sent recently.

However, I believe that AOR emails are automated. Meaning: an agent can physically enter your information in the system on a Tuesday and your email is automatically added to a queue. And it actually goes through (you receive it) on the following Thursday or Friday. This would explain why people receive AOR emails on week ends and night time whereas CIC agent physically work only normal hours (week days: 8:30-4:30). Therefore you could receive your email even during this long week end if an agent entered you in the system yesterday or before. Just keep checking.
