According to all press releases the new FSW system will be announced in January 2013.
But I wander when the application door will be open ,,,,in January or in July?
Because for example the institutes which will make education assessment will not be disclosed till January,,,,,which will leave no space for those who will make the assessment other than to apply in February earliest,,,,
So I was thinking probably CIC will give a 6 months period for people to prepare all documents to apply
Is my thought correct?
