Is the 20 hour work week still in effect?

This is my first week back after summer break and I've been scheduled for 23 hrs since my employer assumed we can now work 24hrs. But I've been reading some articles and it seems there is not a set date for the implementation of the 24-hour work week. Can anyone confirm?
 
Still 20 hours. Government hasn’t set a date for when it will start. All they said in a past announcement is Fall 2024.
