I am applying for my mothers super visa by Feb 2015 and my query is that I only have T4 and the letter from Accountant which, proves that my Salary meets the Income criteria being a self-employed individual. So, based on my seniors experience is it good to proceed with the mentioned documents or should I wait for the Notice of Assessment as well. Pls. advise asap. Thanks!
It's good to wait until you get your letter of assessment. If you still want to apply for super visa for your mother here are the documents you need to provide to make your case strong:
1. T4 for 2014
2. Bank Statement for last 6 months (if possible make it 12)
3. Mortgage documents / if you are on rental then lease agreement
4. Car Finance document / if you own car which was purchase on cash then provide the car documents
5. Driving Liecenese copy
6. Your credit card bills for last 6 months
7. Letter from your employer stating your Annual salary, designation and date of joining
8. Make sure you meet basic income level as mentioned on cic website
9. Copy of your PR card
Bottom line you need to think like them if you need to verify's someones identification and bonding with Canada what will you ask for.
