is study permit possible without medical

Is there any one granted study permit for 8 months program with medical waived. I need to know before I pick my dispatched pp.

waived med: it's possible but haven't heard of it.(yet)

One seen in this forum said may he had made previous visit to canada in the psat time. I too visit UK last November 2013. Could this be reason for not asking for medical. Just thinkng

Impliedly i may be refused bcos I am not cover by that exemption. No problem there is room for reapplication.

it is possible to get a passport without medical, but u may not find visa in it instead you will find a letter which will ask you to give medical exam and resubmit passport along with medical. If i remember correctly, it happened recently with one forum member.
