there aren't much reviews about SIAST on the internet.....its a community college not a uni so i think its probably average for education.

The major plus point of studying in SIAST is that you can get canada PR very fast using the PNIP scheme of sasketchewan after only 8 months of study.

totally depends on your skills nd how you present yourself in front of employer..
many of my friends got permanent job after completing their course from there.
