it is not necessary but a good factor showing home ties, a strong one indeed

not necessary but if you show then its good, I agree with Lucifer but as mead said in other posts ( http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/is-showing-country-ties-necessary-when-there-is-no-study-gap-under-spp-t230966.0.html;msg3337493#msg3337493 )that one should follow SPP checklist and never submit extra documents.
