I have a friend who is having difficulty in applying for PR. She has been working in Canada since 2015. Problem is, her company where she is working assigned her in Edmonton, but her papers(work permit) indicates that she should be working in Vancouver. Her work permit will be expiring this year, but she managed to find an employer and she was already given a lmia. She already have her ielts and eca. I think when it comes to crs points, she got it cause she already have lmia and experience in working here Canada. Im planning to help her create an EE profile. Problem is, can she apply for PR knowing that her previous job papers has a bit of discrepancies? Please help. Thank you.

Anyone can apply. Use the Come to Canada tool on CIC website and if you are eligible just create a EE profile.

But as what ive mentioned, wont the issue 'working in edmonton instead of vancouver' hinder the application?
