Hi, I’m currently looking for affordable schools in Canada I can apply for a postgraduate program in, with the option of working after completion. Would you recommend Seneca College Toronto? Thank you

Yes a good college but whether you will get good job opportunities after completion depends on the program you choose.

Thank you so much. Was looking at Human Resource Management. What do you think of the job prospects?
HR is a people-focused field. It requires excellent communication skills and an understanding of cultural norms. I suspect local candidates will almost always be favored over international students for this field and its not hard to understand why

I'm currently enrolled in Seneca for the Government Relations postgraduate program. I'm really enjoying it. It is a great college and the faculty for my course at least is just amazing. They have good software to keep track of your course progress and also we have guest lectures every other week from very important and experienced people.
But do make sure that you have relevant educational background to apply for HR otherwise you might not get selected for the program and there is a high chance your study permit will be refused. If you're sure about your choice of study, make sure you have a very strong SOP for application to the college as well as for your visa.

Are you studying without an approved permit?

If they refuse my permit before April 30, I have to either defer my admission and reapply or submit my letter of refusal to Seneca and ask for a refund.

That's great on their part. One of the many reasons why Seneca is better than most other colleges.
Yeah I definitely agree. I got my LOA within one day and they gave me an unconditional offer letter right away even though I had not submitted my degree.
