i listen canada visa office going to give back 2004 to 2007 cases.Because i put file from london and last long time i didn't get answer.i put file in auguse 2007 and also i finish document require ment already.

Hello mate,

Yes the news is true that they want to withdraw all those applications submitted before 28 February 2008 and return the application fees. They have given a bill in the parliament and it is subject to approval. Once approved it may apply starting 1st July 2012.

You're right but
For those who have passed the selection criteria stage – approximately 20,000 people – CIC will continue processing their applications until they are approved for entry into Canada or not.
