Unfortunately, I have received a notification on my IRCC portal saying that my application has been closed as incomplete on account of failure to produce driving licence history along with the Australian police certificate. There is no recourse specified in the letter except stating that I can create a new express entry profile and go through the process again. which is quite painful.
However my issue is twofold here. Firstly, we got the provincial nomination through alberta on 28 Feb which expires on 28 August 2020 as CRS score is just 425. Also I am not sure whether Alberta would be able to transfer that nomination to my new express entry profile if I decide to create new EE profile. Is it possible for Alberta to consider this request?
Secondly, Can I file an appeal with apology and requesting them to re-consider my application and providing them the licence history. Please suggest what is the best possible course of action in my scenario?
