As I understand , Yes
You need to provide copies of all documents that you would submit to visa office.

The Full application goes to CIO now

So all docs including POF will go to CIO if you have already not applied

Can we use Property documents as Proof of funds ? or only Bank statement is accepted ?

Some CHC accept property , others do not , check your visa office checklist to be sure
