I've been nominated through international graduate stream in PEI. I'm now sending my paper based federal application. In the form "Schedule 4: Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees", there is a required field which says "Funds". But there is no mention of providing proof of funds. There is nothing about this in the checklist.
However when I sent a similar application for Provincial application, I had to provide proof of funds (which was specifically mentioned in the provincial application guide).
My question is, should I include proof of funds for the paper based federal PNP application even tho its not mentioned anywhere in the checklist?
