Is PPR really as big of a deal as i think it is?

Hey Guys,

CIC Inland with LMIA
AOR 10th Feb
Background check in progress 15th July
RFPR Paid 15th July

Its two weeks since my background check changed to In Progress and I Paid my Final Fees, So I am hoping for Passport Request (PPR) any day now. I am wondering, if PPR really as important as i think it is? is PPR a sign to say you have Permenant Residency pending landing? whats your thoughts?

Yeah PPR means you will become a permanent resident
