Hey

I decided to apply for Visitor visa, for reason that announced my previous topics

So,
Is birth certificate and police clearance certificate going to help and support my application or damage

Because as i know that police clearance certificate is only required for student visa

I'm kinda worry that i will make the officer worry if i provided with that

And is coming back flight ticket is big evidence that makes the officer satisfied?

Regards

Hi,

A police clearance certificate is not required if you apply as a visitor. You can see the Document Checklist + Visa Office instructions, for your country, from the IRCC website.

It is NOT advisable to buy plane tickets before visas are issued.

You can convince the visa officer by proving that you have employment/business, property/land, immediate family, good finances, previous travel history, etc

Cheers

Maybe you didn't see my previous posts

Okey

Well sister, i don't any travel history,
Also i will show him certificate from my university,
Also a certificate that proves i paid for my next semester

I will tell the officer i will visit Toronto for 2 weeks as vacation

I will apply for asylum when i arrive Canada

So isn't showing a coming back flight ticket will be fine?
I disagree you

I was wondering thet police clearance certificate make the officer more satisfied

I think 4 thinks make the officer satisfied:
1- a prove from my college that i paid around 8000 CAD for my next semester at college
2- coming back home flight tickets
3- Visiting plan day by day
4- police clearance certificate and birth certificate

I will cancel flight tickets (going - return) if my visa rejected
Or i will cancel (return) only if my visa approved, because i will seek for asylum

Thanks

Hi,

You're right. I had not looked at your previous posts when I replied (I still haven't).

So far I have helped people who were visitors i.e. people who returned to their home countries after their visit.

I suggest you move over to the 'Refugees and Asylum' section of this forum. Maybe someone else can advise you better

Good luck :)
