Is PGDIS course positively validated from WES, IQAS or CES

i have a very simple question and have read some threads for same but there is no positive response from anyone.

i have already done BCA and looking forward to do PGDIS from IGNOU.

i would like to know Is PGDIS course (1 year or months certificate) is positively validated from WES, IQAS or CES ? if yes, kindly share the exact words mentioned in your reports and also please share your views if it will be considered as "two or more certificates".

I have done Btech(IT) and I am currently working(3 years Experience). I am planning to apply for PGDM in Information Security in IGNOU, can you kindly let me know if WES consider this as a PGDM or not and do they give points for this when we apply for PR ?

PGDM in Information Security i think there is no course like that, recheck again and update.
I am still waiting for my results to come out
