My pr card is expired and I don't have a driving license or another provincial id.

Can I go to doctor office with valid passport and health card?

How long since you have been out of Canada? If you don’t meet residency obligations for your province to access healthcare you can be billed any service you use if you don’t reapply for a new health card. Your card also may be on hold due to inactivity.
