Re: Do not order your CAIPS/GCMS unless it is absolutely necessary!

In my understanding, It should not affect our processing, In fact, if there is any adverse things ordering CAIPS/GC-MS, this facilities should not be there. These are there to give us a door to let us know the inside of our application if necessary.
This is just my views.

@cocknbull,

buddy, this is wrong notion which u spreading here, vo is nothing to do with one's caips.
there is a seperate department dealing with that.
n one can ask for caips/gcms as many times as he/she wants.

n u know wat, caips entered once cant be altered ever, this is y caips are the most significant proof of one's proceedings with CIC.

correct me, if I am wrong.

thx.

Hi

What wrong notion I am spreading? I just shared with people and took opinion? Did I ask any one not to order CAIPS? I have infact agreed with qorax and others who opined its ok to order CAIPS. Thanks

Friends,

If there is an option or facility provided to you why not to go for it where necessary.

In my humble opinion, Qorax is right.

No harm on ordering GCMS/CAIPS

Yep...
Here is my take...

These notes currently reside on a Hard Drive or Something like that somewhere in Canada and are universally connected and updated with the Visa Offices.

When you send a request for GCMS notes, some person sitting on the computer will print em out and send it to you via email or post, after appropriate approval from their section in-charge or something like that.

I dont see Visa Office or Officer involved in this entire procedure? So I dont think it should be a problem.

A good thread nevertheless.......

devilhimselff,

VO's know if you have ordered CAIPS.
Each copy of CAIPS you order, they get added in your file.

Still should not be an issue. Its your right to know what is going on. The outcome of ANY application would never be affected if you have CAIPS etc issued notification on your file..... Other things are more important bro...
