is ontario graduate certificate program valuable??

guys i have got an offer fr fanshawe college for a graduate certicate in marketing management...i want to know will i get a job after the program that will help me to settle in canada....pls guys reply asap because im very confused ...im a graduate from mumbai university in BMS (bachelor of management studies)

There is no guarantee you will get a job after completing a graduate certificate in Canada. Graduate certificates are not very highly valued by employers. If you have a Bachelor of Management Studies then I would recommend you take a Master's in Canada instead.

apperciate your suggestion...but i hav a gap of 3yrs in my graduation...i dont have a 16yr old degree...

You can certainly take the graduate certificate. But again, there's no guarantee of a job afterwards and these types of certificates are typically low value to employers.
