Hi I have a quick question.

Let's say you found your NOC code and it fits all the criteria for CEC but there is only 1 little detail: the actual title your company has for you is just Supervisor, and even though you found your NOC code and your duties match there is no Supervisor on 6313 list. What am I supposed to do? Should I kindly ask my manager to rewrite the letter using one of the NOC titles? Or is it not so important as long as your duties really match 6313?

Plz help me understand. This is just my company and we do not have specific job titles, we have operations manager(my boss) and we have supervisors like me and then employees...

And also before anybody replies:

Is it OK to have a completely different field of employment from your major in school if you are on PGWP?

I went to school for one thing but found a job in a completely different field, is that OK for CEC applications?

I know that those questions were asked by many ppl many many times but I was hoping somebody could give me short answers.

Thank you very much again!

If your job title is just "supervisor," then that is your job title. It does not have to be the same as a title on the NOC list. But make sure the letter gives some context - about what the company does. And presumably the job duties will indicate who and what you supervise.
