Hello,
I have found an information that NOC 1111 has reached it's overall cap since 16 dec. Is it ok?
Please see the attached.

If you go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp
The "Cap Reached" column of NOC 1111 has a footnote "2" attached to it.

Which reads:
We have received more than 1000 complete applications in this subcategory.

Does this mean it's now useless to send the application? What are the odds of my application reaching there before the quota hits the 1000 mark.

Please advise.

Its capped,so don't bother sending your application. Look for another NOC that has similar duties and isn't yet capped to send your application. Cheers.

Do you think i may not fall under the cap?

Unfortunately the cap of this NOC was filled on or aroudn 30th oct,
Therefore you should immediately create your EE profile. With you all the best.

Hello dear managersonline,
Then why would CIC post 931(554+377) total applications on December 16 and stating that there is no guarantee if application sent today (as of 16 Dec) will fall in the cap? I would agree with you if cic update looked like this 931 applications counted toward the cap. It would have meant there had been much more pending ones so the NOC had been definately capped by the time people received last PERs. No PER no CAP count.
What do you think?

So you think that it may not have been capped yet? what is your idea bout this?

I've checked a Chinese forum (yiminjiayuan.com)...

A November 20 NOC 1111 applicant got these results:

1. GCMS NOTES - the system did not reveal his file.

2. Called CIO/CIC over the phone - no information was available per agent. The agent advised to wait for any snail mail letter from CIC instead.

Hope we will have a clear picture within a few days

If you read the note the page where CIC post the updates on the NOC's, it says they can not review the application as soon as they received it, that this numbers are only a guide. The numbers are not absolute picture of the applications they received, reviewed and completed. as the 554 represent completed application and the 377 are complete applications awaiting for MI review. So as far I can understand, the 554 are those already with PER while the 377 were CC/DD charged waiting for PER as of December 16. And those applications maybe received as of October 8 (which Charging was stopped). Just a guess though..

NOC 1111
November 13 applicant
no cc charge yet

Hi friends,

I got my GCMS notes already. There's no update on my second application (November 13, 2014). The only detail it has is my first application in May 2014.

I'm really confused on different feedbacks we get from other members. Some people say it is already CAP-filled while some people say they haven't got any information after calling the agent.

Just sharing!

Noc 1111 the game is over for for federal skilled workers 2014 I received this note from lawyer who based in canada this morning it read thus.
I regret to inform you that we received the return of your application on February 20, 2015 with correspondence dated February 13, 2015. A copy of the correspondence is attached to this message.

Although your application for permanent residence was submitted to the Centralized Intake Unit on October 30, 2014, and CIC never indicated that the quota for NOC 1111 filled prior to January 01, 2015, your application was returned as it was received after the maximum 1000 applications for your NOC code had been accepted for processing within the Centralized Intake Unit.

Hi Gentleiphy,

I saw your NOC is 1212? or did you applied also NOC 1111? because this is what I did. I applied both NOC 1212 & NOC 1111 last Nov.20. I am ok with NOC 1212 with my PER already but I have no news yet for NOC 1111. Maybe I have to wait for my documents to be returned for my NOC 1111. It's good I applied for NOC 1212.
