Since all the VOs are active that almost many applicants have got MR and DM but in case of NDVO specially May June 2010 people are still hanging.
Only one thing, what the heck is actually NDVO busy on...

When we will we get MR..... as now 8 months are already being added as a total Processing Time

But, also should consider the volume of applications handled by the visa section. All kinds of immigration applications, temporary residence visa for visitors, temporary workers, study permits, parents and grand parents, business visas !!!.

Wait certainly is killing..
There is nothing wrong in send CSQ to visa office but I telling from my own experience that you should not expect anything more than a standard reply.

"Your file is pending review by visa officer and we would update you accordingly"

My friend, you are not alone!!. There are so many people applied and waiting!, still waiting for some reasons. Looks like the CIC visa offices will make every applicant to stay patiently before getting their visa

Guys dont mix up categories and confuse on timelines.

FSW3 - 13 months average processing time - if it has exceeded - obtain GCMS notes - NDVO
FSW1 - older applications are processed post clearance of MI-3 backlog -

join appropriate posts to see how others are trailing.
