"A decision has been made on your application. We require your passport to finalize processing your application." was mentioned in the Passport Submission letter, does this mean my visa has been approved

No I was sure that it was approved, but then I saw some conflicting messages from some people so I got confused.
As per timeline:

Application submitted: 6th April 2024
Biometrics Appointment: 9th April 2024
Biometric Enrollment: 10th April 2024
Visa Approval : 17th April 2024

Did they request a medical exam? Unless you are exempt, your application could have been approved in error. Hope that’s not the case.

I had an upfront Medical so it wasn't an issue
